If you’re anything like me, you’ve tried one (or many!) of the hundreds of mindfulness apps out there or made a promise to yourself to sit in silence every day and “just be.” Isn’t it funny how quickly it all goes flying right out the window? You get discouraged by a lack of perceived progress, you’re not sure if you’re doing it right, or life just gets in the way. If you genuinely want to make meaningful progress on your mindfulness journey, you have to make Room To Breathe. There are three core reasons why this training is different from other programs: 1. Mindfulness as a way of life: We explore mindfulness not as a discrete activity or tool to fix specific problems, but first and foremost, as a way of living that can transform our inner states, thoughts, and relationships at a fundamental level. 2. The science of mindfulness: We take the theory, literature, and science of mindfulness and turn it into tangible action steps. This provides a better, more complete understanding of how and why mindfulness works. Research shows that once you understand the inner workings of something, you’re more likely to be motivated to pursue it. 3. Small, community-based learning: You’ll be supported every step of the way. Not only will you be able to reach out to me for help when you need it, but you’ll also have access to an accountability group with other participants to help keep you motivated. Feelin’ this vibe? Head here to learn more. Once you have Room To Breathe, applying mindfulness to your life will feel like second nature. And with all the craziness of the world, these skills are necessary now more than ever. Because I want to make sure there’s lots of personal attention and quality interactions, space is limited. But if you’ve been craving respite from the intensity of these last couple of years, there are still a few seats open. Pull up a chair, and do something deeply nourishing for yourself. 😘 If you have any questions, just shoot me an email (daniela@outlookgoodfeelgood.com). |
