It seems like the nervous system is having its moment. And for a good reason – it’s like our command center, determining whether we should fight, flee, freeze, or fawn. When we’re faced with chronic stress, our nervous system can get stuck in a state of constant alert, and finding peace becomes an uphill battle. But here’s the beautiful part: by learning to regulate our nervous system, we can guide our bodies back to a state of balance.
